TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SALE
The expression "the Company" shall mean ALLAERO LIMITED, "Customer" shall mean any person, firm, company or corporation what so ever trading with The Company.
- Basis of Purchase
- Goods and/or services ordered by the Customer are subject to a small order charge of £ 15.00 ($30.00) where goods total less than £ 25.00 ($50.00).
- Special orders placed with the Company's supplier on behalf of the Customer may be cancelled by the Customer if the Company can in turn cancel it's order on the supplier. In such cases the Customer will be liable to reimburse the Company for all expenses incurred in the placing and cancellation of the order plus a 15% cancellation fee.
- Price of Goods and Services
- The goods will be sold to the Customer at the price which may be increased without notice to take account of any change in duty, tax, surcharge or levy of any kind and including credit card (3% of invoice total) and all wire transfer transaction charges should be prepaid or a charge of £ 25.00/$50.00 per transaction will be levied. All goods are sold un-packed ex works.
- Packing, hazardous packing and documentation and delivery charges apply.
- Unless otherwise stated the Company will levy an A.O.G. service charge of £ 75.00 or $150.00 per shipment for goods despatched out of normal office hours (07:00 - 19:00 Mon - Fri).
- The Company reserves the right to charge a restocking fee for items correctly supplied but returned for credit. Consumables under the value of £ 50.00 cannot be returned for credit. - The Customer shall be responsible for complying with any legislation or regulations governing the importation of the goods in the country of destination and for the payment of any such duties.
- Terms of Payment
- All Accounts are paid to ALLAERO LIMITED. The Customer undertakes to pay for all goods or services supplied to it by the Company no later than the 28th day of the month immediately succeeding the date of the invoice unless prior written permission to the contrary is given by the Company. Failure to settle outstanding accounts within the company’s specified period can result in the Company withdrawing the customer’s credit account facilities and taking legal action to recover the overdue amounts.
- The Company does not extend credit accounts to customers with an annual expenditure of less than £1000.00.
- Goods remain the property of the Company until paid for in full.
- Delivery
- Reports of shortages must be made within 7 days of receipt. Where delivery is other than in the Company's own transport or carrier, the Company shall not in any circumstances be responsible for the loss, damage or destruction of the goods. The Customer should in his own interest give notice to and subsequently claim from the carrier as required by the carrier's regulations. A copy of the notice and claim shall at the same time be sent to the Company who (whilst the Company cannot accept any responsibility) will give the Customer any assistance the Company considers appropriate in connection with the proper claim against the carrier.
- Time of delivery is given as accurately as possible, but is not the subject of any condition, warranty or representation. It is, therefore, subject to extension, but not limited to, for delay due to strikes, lock outs, works breakdown, delay in transit, shortage of materials, government regulations or requirements or any other cause beyond the sellers control.
- Return Goods and Credit
- Requests to return goods for credit must be made within 28 days from date of shipment and be accompanied by the Company's Returned Goods Authorisation Form. See our Returned Goods Policy for full details.
- Cores must be returned to ALLAERO within 28 days from the date of despatch from Allaero at the customer's entire expense.. ALLAERO reserves the right to charge the Customer 10% of the sale value of the non-returned component per month or part thereof. See our Exchange Core Returns Policy for full details.
- Risk and Property
- From the date or deemed date of delivery, the goods shall be at the Customer's sole risk and the Customer shall insure the goods from the date or deemed date of delivery until the property of the goods passes to the Customer.

- Liability
- In making these conditions the Company does so for itself and for and on behalf of every employee, servant, sub-contractor or agent of the Company and the Customer hereby confirms that any exemption from liability granted to the Company by these conditions shall also extend to any such employee, servant, sub-contractor or agent of the Company.
- Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
- ALLAERO LTD terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England.
- The Uniform Law on the International Sale of Goods laid down in the 1980 United Nations Convention shall not apply unless expressly agreed between the parties in writing.
