· Allaero are pleased to announce that we now are the approved European distributor for Triumph Aerospace Systems inc. Triumph Aerospace manufacture a range of transparencies covering a wide variety of different aircraft including the Hawker 125, Beechcraft, Learjet and Challenger. The addition of our Triumph distributorship compliments our existing of Hawker ‘A’, ‘B’ and ‘C’ windows, landing lamp covers and navigation lamps and covers. Together with the windows we also stock fitment kits, window shades and the various sealants and hardware for fitment.

· We are in the process of absorbing another vast Hawker package of spares, this time predominantly of 700 series. · Allaero will be attending both EBACE on Wednesday the 5th May in Geneve and the Airline Purchasing & Maintenance Expo on Thursday the 6th May at London Olympia.
· We are continuing to invest in expanding our range of DHS bolts and British Aviation Hardware. Please continue to contact us or view www.hawkeronline.com for your requirements.
· On Saturday 8th May we are replacing the server rack UPS batteries and undergoing some major upgrades. There will inevitably be some disruption to our AOG service mainly through our automatic telephone answering and diversion service. For Saturday there may be odd times when the service will be unanswered but emails and faxes are unaffected and will be monitored. If you have an AOG requirement and cannot get an answer from the phone please send a mail or fax for immediate response. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause while we upgrade our computer systems resilience and redundancy.

· Allaero is now 21 years old and to celebrate will be offering our valued customers some additional benefits. As of 12 April for a limited period, Allaero will dispense with all packing charges including hazardous packing charges. Also for a limited period we will be providing next day delivery Free Of Charge to our UK Mainland customers, this however does not apply to timed before noon or same day deliveries.

· During February we have been busy bringing more packages of parts into the warehouse. The additional stocks have allowed us to bring up our total of No Further Billing (NFB) exchange rotables to over 130 lines. Together with additional rotables we have also been investing in many more stock lines of consumables but particularly bolts in the DHS range. As always if you need further information on our NFB exchange offers or indeed any of our special offers please give our sales team a call.

· We have now migrated our inventory search facility to Hawkeronline.com. If you have not already registered on Hawkeronline.com then we invite you to do so, you only have to register once and it is very easy. Once registered we can keep you up to date with plans to enhance the service later on.
· We have now over 125 different rotable components in our No Further Billing exchange pool. Providing your core unit is straight off the aircraft and is repairable then our fixed price exchange is all you pay. Please contact our sales staff for further details.
· We have ammended our conditions of sale and replaced our £ 25.00 minimum order charge with a standard £ 15.00 small order charge. Please contact our sales team for details.

This new service will show up to the minute stock availability and in the future will be expanded to include online order tracking, sales promotions and on line buying. We invite you to register on hawkeronline.com and welcome your comments and suggestions to improve on this great new service.

· We are now offering a flexible rotable exchange programme with no less than three different pricing options. Our popular 'Standard Exchange' is still available but we have added 'Fixed Price Exchange' with a one off price (no further billing providing the core is repairable) and 'Cost +'. · Following the success of the window promotion in April we are going to extend the offer to the end of the year. We also now will introduce a new promotion, this time for Fuel Booster Pumps, again with no further billing prices. · The new real time website is now in its beta test version. You can have a preview by going to www.hawkeronline.com. All the search facilities are working although the site needs to be fully tested and cosmetically improved.

· We have listened to our customers who need a more up to date stock positon on our inventory search. The final adjustments and testing of our new online service are nearly complete and we will soon be moving to a real time search facility. More information soon...
News September 2008
· Phase two of our website upgrades has now been completed. Changes have been made to the presentation of our rotable stock holdings including product images to assist our customers identify the correct parts. Phase three will be the inclusion of our website tracking service enabling our customers to track their orders in real time through our facility and right up to delivery at their door.
Events (2008-2009)
· March 2009 marks our twentieth year in business, a big thanks to all our loyal customers who have made Allaero a success story.
