There has been some confusion with terminology regarding the different type of exchange transactions. To help clarify the situation we offer two different exchange transactions.

The first is the normal ‘Standard’ or ‘Flat Rate’ exchange. This type of exchange covers routine parts and labour to perform the repair/overhaul of the customers exchange core to a condition at least equal to the part number/modification standard as that supplied by us. Should additional labour or parts be required over and above the routine parts and labour, then we reserve the right to supplementary invoice for the additional costs incurred. Should there be any additional charges then we will inform you within 60 days of receipt of your exchange core.

The second type of exchange transaction is ‘No Further Billing’. With this transaction there is a single charge for the exchange and providing the customers off core is as removed from the aircraft, and has not been for repair evaluation prior to being sent to us, there will be no further charges to be levied.

Unless specifically requested or by special promotion, all exchange transactions quoted by us will be the ‘Standard’ or ‘Flat rate type’. Please refer to our quotations and Conditions of Sale on our website.
