All of our units will have a minimum of 30% wear remaining. Any core received with less than 30% wear remaining will be charged to recover the cost of a replacement carbon stack. Any core received with damaged carbon, or key guide slots that are beyond limits, will be treated as BER and billed as such (as a new replacement carbon stack would have to be fitted)
