If the defect on your core is delamination, then our exchange pricing should cover the cost of repair. However, the electrical circuits must pass all tests, and the glass cannot be damaged (cracked/chipped/shaling), otherwise the unit will be deemed to be BER and charged as such. The length of warranty for this is 3 months – this overrides the default length of warranty shown in our Terms & Conditions
