If your core unit has previously been overhauled, we require the CSO. If your core unit has not previously been overhauled, we require the CSN. If this data is not provided then, per the OEM, there will be supplementary billing. Please note, your core unit must come with a stamped life data plate. If this is missing then certain lifed components will have to be replaced and, potentially, charged as supplementary billing. This will apply even if you have provided the CSO.
