Units will require 1 hour to despatch as they need to be discharged for shipping. We operate a like-for-like core policy on this unit - the old L3 501-1228-0X lead acid units are not acceptable. If your unit does not meet 80% capacity, it will almost certainly require replacement batteries. Our standard exchange does not cover the cost of doing that but our flat rate exchange does.
