Aircraft Parts Stock List
The Learjet 55 was the only variant of three proposed aircraft comprising the Learjet 50 series announced in 1977. The Learjet 55 first flight was on the 15th November 1979. The design encompassed the 'Longhorn' wing of the earlier 28/29 married to a stretched 10 seat fuselage and powered by twin Garrett TFE731-3A-2B engines. The Learjet 55 has been developed into a number of sub variants including the learjet 55B in 1986 (with digital flight deck, modified wings and improved performace), the Learjet 55C in 1987 (with “Delta” or dorsal wings) the Learjet 55C/ER and Learjet 55C/LR with increased range.
